BRASS HORIZON / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Brass Horizon AI Solutions LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, operates brasshorizon.com and www.brasshorizon.com. We serve businesses and individuals in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information associated with this website and inquiries about our services. It does not describe the practices of a separate app, a client website, or a client project governed by its own notices and agreements.

1. Information you choose to provide

You may email us with your name, contact details, business information, project goals, and any other information you choose to include. Further correspondence may include project documents or attachments you send through an agreed channel.

The website’s project-brief helper prepares a brief in your browser. Information entered there stays in the page until you choose to copy it or open an email draft. The helper does not submit your details to a server or retain them after the page is reloaded. Opening a draft does not send it; you review and send it through your own email provider.

Please share only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health records, or other sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry. This website does not take online payments or accept file uploads through the brief helper.

2. Technical information and browser preferences

Hosting and security providers may process information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, and error or security events.

Brass Horizon’s website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, or remote fonts. Hosting infrastructure may separately use security scripts, cookies, or similar mechanisms for delivery and abuse prevention. The website’s motion controls change how the page is displayed; they do not send project information to us.

If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or embedded services that materially change these practices, we will update the disclosures and provide any consent or privacy controls required by applicable law.

3. How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry information to understand your needs, answer questions, request clarification, discuss a possible project, prepare proposals, and follow up on the work you asked about. We also use relevant correspondence to administer our business, resolve questions, meet legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

An inquiry does not enroll you in promotional email or automated text messages. Our current replies concern the project or questions you raise. Promotional emails require a separate opt-in; you may withdraw that permission or ask us to stop project follow-up by contacting us.

4. Providers, ChatGPT, and other recipients

This website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service using Cloudflare infrastructure. Website delivery and security information may be processed by those providers. Email correspondence is also processed and held by the email providers used to send and receive it. Matthew Anthony handles Brass Horizon inquiries and privacy requests.

We may use ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI, to help organize inquiry information, summarize correspondence, and prepare response drafts. Relevant email content, contact details, and project information may be submitted to OpenAI for that assistance. This does not mean that every inquiry is processed through ChatGPT.

OpenAI’s handling and retention of that information depend on the service, account arrangements, and settings used, including settings that affect model improvement. Its Privacy Policy is available at OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. You may ask us about AI-assisted handling of your inquiry or request that future correspondence be handled without that assistance.

Providers supporting these functions may process information needed for their work under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect people or systems, or handle a legal claim. If ownership of the business changes, relevant records may pass to the new owner, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

5. Selling information and advertising

Brass Horizon does not sell customer personal information or share it for third-party advertising. We do not run targeted advertising trackers on this website.

The provider disclosures above explain processing associated with website delivery, correspondence, and inquiry assistance. Providers’ own handling depends on the actual services, account arrangements, and settings used; this policy does not promise that every provider has the same practices as Brass Horizon.

6. Retention and deletion

Our routine retention period for inquiry information and related correspondence is up to two years after the last meaningful interaction about the inquiry or project. Incidental automated messages do not restart that period. Retaining a contact does not subscribe that person to marketing.

An ongoing engagement, an agreed need to preserve project information, or a recordkeeping or legal obligation may require a different period. Accepted agreements, invoices, completed-project records, and information needed for a dispute may be kept for those purposes beyond the routine inquiry period.

Copies may exist in business correspondence, AI services used for inquiry assistance, and provider backups. Provider systems may follow separate retention and deletion schedules. You may request deletion; we will explain any relevant limitation, including records we need to keep to comply with law or protect legal rights.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may browse without making an inquiry or using the brief helper. You decide what to send by email. Contact Manthony@brasshorizon.com to ask about information connected with your inquiry, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop follow-up. Matthew Anthony handles these requests.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to receive a copy of information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain processing. These conditional rights do not mean we conduct every activity described by those laws.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority before releasing or changing a record. Do not email identification documents unless we arrange a suitable method. We will respond to applicable rights requests within the period required by law. If we decline a request, we will explain the reason. You may appeal by replying or emailing us with the subject “Privacy appeal” and explaining why you disagree. We will review the appeal and provide any response or regulator contact information required by applicable law.

8. Security and processing locations

Internet transmission and electronic storage carry risks, and no service can promise complete protection. Please keep sensitive information out of initial correspondence and discuss a suitable method with us if a project requires it.

Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections can differ between countries; applicable legal requirements still govern our handling of information.

9. Children and outside websites

This website is intended for people researching business services and projects, rather than children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it and any applicable deletion requirement.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information there.

10. Changes and contact

We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. If a change requires additional notice or permission, we will take those steps before applying it. Reading this policy or visiting the website does not give consent to unrelated marketing or processing that requires separate consent.
