1. Website purpose and inquiries
The website introduces our website design, AI assistance, automation, content, reporting, and business-tool services to businesses and individuals in the United States. It provides examples and a way to begin a conversation.
An inquiry or prepared project brief is a request to discuss work. It is not an accepted order, instruction to start a project, or agreement to pay. An automated receipt or reply does not itself establish an accepted engagement, price, deliverable, or completion date.
2. Separate client agreements
Paid work is governed by the proposal, statement of work, service agreement, and other documents expressly agreed for that engagement, together with applicable law. Those documents address the scope, price, payment, timing, acceptance, changes, cancellation, ownership, provider costs, and support as relevant. These website terms do not set those commercial rules.
A general service description is not a promise to perform every listed task for a particular engagement. Ongoing support, live-system access, automatic sending, and connected services require the applicable agreed scope.
If an accepted client agreement conflicts with these terms on a matter concerning that engagement, the client agreement controls that matter to the extent permitted by law. Changes to website terms do not change an existing accepted agreement.
3. Examples, demonstrations, and AI-assisted content
Illustrations, concept images, interactive demonstrations, and sample workflows explain possible projects. They do not, by themselves, establish a completed customer engagement, measured result, production-ready system, or guarantee of revenue, accuracy, savings, or performance.
AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and require appropriate human review. Information on this website is general information. Any particular project’s testing, approvals, human oversight, and responsibilities are addressed in its agreed scope. Do not rely on a demonstration or general website content for a safety-critical decision or professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Nothing in these terms removes an express promise in an accepted agreement or a right protected by applicable law.
4. Information and materials you send
Provide accurate contact and project information and tell us if it changes. Send only materials you own or have permission to use for the proposed work. Do not submit unlawful material, another person’s confidential information without authority, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Keep passwords and sensitive records out of initial inquiries.
You retain your existing rights in materials you supply. By sharing them for an inquiry, you allow Brass Horizon and providers assisting that inquiry to reproduce and use them as reasonably needed to evaluate the request and prepare a requested proposal or demonstration. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising, public portfolio use, or sale of your materials. Broader use and rights in new work require a separate agreement.
Keep your own copies of important materials. Sending them does not create a permanent archive or a promise to retain them indefinitely. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling, including possible ChatGPT assistance.
5. Website content and intellectual property
Brass Horizon, its contributors, and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s original text, images, brand elements, code, and other protected content. Other displayed brands belong to their respective owners; their appearance alone does not establish endorsement or affiliation.
You may view the website and save or print reasonable portions to evaluate services or discuss a project with others involved. Do not misrepresent content as your own or use protected content commercially without permission, except where applicable law or an identified license allows it. Separately licensed content remains subject to its license and attribution conditions.
6. Responsible use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, attempt to obtain private information, introduce malicious code, or use inquiry channels for spam, impersonation, or unlawful activity. Automated activity must not disrupt the service or access information you are not entitled to see.
We may restrict access as reasonably needed to protect the website, investigate misuse, or comply with law. A restriction does not cancel a separate contractual obligation we owe you.
7. Privacy and outside services
Our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy explains information handling associated with this website and inquiries. An inquiry does not give blanket permission for unrelated marketing.
Links to outside websites are for reference or convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean we control or guarantee their content, availability, or services.
8. Availability and website limitations
We may update, correct, or suspend parts of the website. We aim to provide useful information, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every general description fits a particular project.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided as available, without additional implied warranties about website operation or suitability of that content for a particular purpose. This concerns website use; it does not limit an agreed service warranty, an express project commitment, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brass Horizon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to access, the website. This exclusion does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for services is addressed in the applicable client agreement and law.
9. Questions and disputes
Contact Manthony@brasshorizon.com if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This request does not require you to delay a legal claim, waive rights, or miss a legal deadline.
These website terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or select an exclusive court. Governing-law or dispute provisions for a paid engagement are addressed in its agreed documents, subject to mandatory legal protections.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Revisions apply prospectively to website use and do not retroactively change accepted agreements or remove accrued rights. We will provide any additional notice or acceptance process required by law.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not replace separately agreed project documents or exclude rights or obligations that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
